Spring, Autumn and Winter Breaks at Berehayes Farm Cottages

Short breaks of two or three nights are charged at 60% of the price for a full week as shown in the tarriff. Each additional night costs an additional 10%. Typically Ratty's Retreat in low season will cost £180 fo a three night stay, Toad's Hall would cost £360.


PLEASE NOTE SHORT BREAKS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND SUMMER SEASON

Included in the Price

  • FREE use of heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi - available from Feb half term to Nov, plus Xmas & New Year.
  • FREE Sunday paper of your choice (or, if no preference is specified, the Sunday Times).
  • All bed linen and house towels are provided FREE of charge. Please bring your own towels for pool and beach use.
  • Cots (without linen), high chairs available FREE of charge.
  • A small welcome pack including milk on your arrival.

During the summer season short breaks are available, by arrangement, outside the school holiday period. Please enquire for prices.

Electricity charged seperatly by meter reading.
